Warm Tips
1.The dock needs to be connected to the included power adapter to function properly.
2.Does not support Linux, Unix, iOS, and iPadOS.
3.Does not support plug-and-play; driver installation is required. Please visit ‘dl.iqs.link’ to download the latest drivers.
4.Ensure your laptop’s Type-C port supports charging and video output; otherwise, the docking station's host charging function and HDMI (Alt Mode) may not work.
5.Windows and Mac OS (12.x or above) devices support rotation and clamshell modes.
6.The DP and HDMI in the same video stream (Display 1/2) CANNOT be used simultaneously.
7.Does not support playback of HDCP-protected content from Blu-ray, Netflix, Prime Video, iTunes, Hulu, and other platforms.
8.Not recommended for gaming or video editing on DISPLAY 1/2. Only HDMI (Alt Mode) supports high-intensity tasks.
9.For Mac users, permission must be granted to the DisplayLink Manager to record your screen.
