Five-stage Filtration

②Non-woven Fabric on the Filter Surface: Filters fine debris, small particles, and broken hair.

③Filtration Materials in the Filter: Activated carbon removes impurities and odors(toxic substances)  in the water, while resin removes calcium and magnesium ions found in hard water

④Water Pump Filter Grid: Prevents larger impurities, like hair, from entering the water pump and causing damage

⑤Water Pump Sponge Filter: Prevents smaller particles from clogging the water pump.

Cleaning Steps for the Water Fountain

?Disconnect from Power: Safely disconnect the water fountain from the power source by lifting the host away from the induction module using both hands.

?Drain Residual Water: Lift one end of the drinking tray to allow any remaining water to drain into the water tank.

?Cleaning and Refilling: Ensure that the water level is above the minimum scale but not exceeding the maximum scale. It is recommended to clean the host under a faucet while refilling with fresh water.

?Cartridge Replacement: Regularly clean the strainer and cartridge every 3 days to remove floating hair residue. Replace the cartridge every 30 days. If the product will not be used for an extended period, dry the cartridge thoroughly. ( to prevent bacterial growth .)

?Water Pump Cleaning: Remove the filter sponge, followed by the cartridge, impeller cover, and impeller. Clean each component thoroughly.

?Cleaning the Sensing Module: Wipe the sensing module with a dry towel to keep it clean and functioning properly.

Tips:

7. It is recommended to clean water pump every 3 days, and replace the water pump filter cotton every 30 days to avoid pet hair and food residue.

8. It is recommended to clean the strainer and cartridge every 3 days and replace the cartridge every 30 days. If the product will not be used for an extended period, dry the cartridge thoroughly. ( to prevent bacterial growth) 

9. This product has two water outlet modes: gushing water and fountain water, and when using gushing water, it can be installed without a spout.
