Function Button & LED Indicator

- Power Button: Turns the product on/off when powered.

- Drying Indicator: Lights up when the suction motor is working. 

- Vacuuming Indicator: Lights up when the suction motor is working.

- UVC Indicator: Lights up when the product is working and turns off when the product is lifted off the cleaning surface.

- Patting Indicator: Remains lit when the roller brush is working and turns off if the roller brush encounters an issue or stops working. 

- Dust Indicator: The color changes based on the amount of dust detected. Red indicates a high level of dust, while blue indicates less dust.

Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Ensure the product is unplugged before cleaning.

2. Remove the dust container from the back of the product. Hold the dust container and pull out the dust bag, then dispose of the dust bag.

3. Push the roller brush release buttons on both sides of the roller brush cover and remove the cover and roller brush. Clean the roller brush and other parts.

4. Align the groove of the roller brush with the shaft of the main unit, press the other side of the roller brush into the main unit, and then reinstall the roller brush cover.

5. Use a soft brush to clean the UV light.

Using Steps

1. Ensure the dust container and dust bag are properly installed.

2. Plug in the power cord. Place the product flat on the surface to be cleaned (e.g., mattress, sofa cushion).

3. Press the power button to start. Move the product back and forth over the surface. 

4. When the dust bag is full, the standby light flashes five times, and the motor stops.

Kind Tips

1. Both UV light sensor windows on the bottom must be unobstructed for the UV light to work properly.

2. Dust bags are disposable. For optimal cleaning performance, replace them every 1-2 months.

3. When the standby light flashes 5 times and the motor stops, the dust bag is full and needs replacement.

4. Unplug the product before replacing the dust bag.

5. The two roller brushes differ in length; ensure you distinguish between them during installation and removal.

6. If there is hair or thread wrapped around the roller brush, use a tool to carefully cut it away.

7. Please wait until the machine has fully stopped and cooled down before cleaning.

8. Please use a damp cloth to wipe the body of the machine. Do not immerse the main unit in water.

9. Store the product in a storage bag when not in use for extended periods.

10. Do not use it to suck up liquids.

Troubleshooting-Q&A 

Q: My cleaner isn't turning on. What should I do?

A: Make sure the plug is securely inserted into the socket.

Q: Why isn't the patting indicator light on?

A: Check if the roller brush is jammed or has a lot of long hair wrapped around it. If so, remove the hair first.

Q: The suction motor isn't working. What can I do?

A: The suction motor has thermal protection. If the machine has been used for a long time, let it rest for 4 hours before restarting it.
