The USB4® interface of Surface Pro 11 fully supports DP Alt Mode and PD protocols, and in theory should be perfectly compatible with our devices. In order to accurately locate the root cause of the problem, please help provide the following details:
1. Device recognition status
When connecting UHP3419M, does Surface Pro 11 pop up the "USB device connected" prompt? [Can Microsoft Surface Pro 11 recognize UHP3419M? ]
2. Peripheral function test
2.1 USB device: Can peripherals (such as USB flash drives) plugged into the USB-A/USB-C port of UHP3419M be recognized?
2.2 HDMI output: After connecting, press Win + P to select "Extended" mode and inform whether the second screen is detected.
2.3 If convenient, please provide the monitor brand model (such as Dell U2723QE), and we will verify the EDID compatibility.
3. Power configuration verification
Is there an additional type-C power supply connected to the USB-C Power delivery pass through or PD in interface of UHP3419M?

Step 2: Search "brand + the model number of the device + manual" in Google. For example: "asus ux435 manual".
Step 3: Refer to the manual and navigate to the corresponding view to check the Type-C specifications. If the specifications indicate support for power delivery, it implies compatibility with charging capabilities. In cases where the Type-C port supports display, it indicates potential video output support. However, if the specification only mentions the bandwidth supported by the Type-C port, it may not facilitate both video output and charging functionalities. For precise clarification, reaching out to the manufacturer directly is recommended.
Note:
1.The device is compatible with most common systems, including Windows, Mac OS, Chrome OS, Linux, iPad OS, iOS, Android and Harmony OS, with no specific requirements for the host system. To fully utilize its functions, ensure that the Type-C port of your host supports video output and charging, utilizing DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode).
2.Hosts that are compatible with DP1.4 can display resolutions up to 4K/3840x2160P at a smooth 60Hz refresh rate, whereas those limited to DP1.2 can reach a maximum resolution of 4K/3840x2160P but at a slower 30Hz refresh rate.
3.The device will allocate 15W for USB peripherals and other devices. If your power adapter struggles to charge or charges too slowly through the Minthouz device, we suggest using a more powerful adapter like a 140W one.
