FAQ
1.If you are experiencing an interruption or slow charging, check the following:
(1) The phone should not have any metal, pop-up outlets or credit cards on the back.
(2) Place the phone in the center of the charging surface(this will align the phone's charging coil with the coil in the wireless charger)
(3) The shell thickness can not exceed 5mm, in order to effectively charge.
(4) Check whether the adapter is a QC3.0 quick charger.
2.If your devices cannot be charged, please try the following methods:
(1) Please restart the phone and test with another USB cable.
(2) Check whether the indicator is on.
(3) Please check whether the adapter is QC3.0 fast charger(output: 5V/3A). The original iPhone adapter does not match the wireless charger.
(4) Please check the thickness of your case (≤5mm). Metal rings or magnetic pads are not provided.
3.If you are using wireless charger recommended on the QC3.0 adapter and have removed any potential charging barriers, but are still experiencing problems, try:
(1) Replace the cable connected to the wireless charger.
(2) Restart the mobile phone.
(3) Remove and reinsert the adapter.
